First Public Speaking Activity

What I liked about the activity is that I was able to speak to a small audience, people to whom I had never spoken before. Not only I got to know them but also I was able to tell them a llitle about myself while practicing my public speaking.
There wasn't anything I disliked, but the most difficult part of the activity was to start speaking to my classmates, since I didn't know them and they were practically strangers to me. Since I had never spoke to them, at the beginning it was a little awkward for me to follow the activity, but as this continued I felt more comfortable, and when it was my turn to speak, I had the confidence I needed to start talking. What helped me the most was not being the first one to speak.
The drawings helped me by giving me a brief idea of what was next in my speech whenever I got nervous or simply forgot what to say. If instead of drawing I used a little summary of my speech, I am sure I would have read it whenever I forgot something, and in this aspect the drawings also helped me: to keep making eye contact with my classmates.
